Today we did another nature study. Concentrated on flowers. There is a garden across the street from our library that we walked through before Grace went to do her volunteer time at the library. I loved the flower in the top picture. Does anyone know what it is?
Grace was fascinated with the variegated tulips. She had never seen it before. But alas she picked the bumble bee in the bottom picture to actually draw in her nature journal. It was a beautiful day and not too hot.

Beautiful pictures! Bet now would be a great time to check out those waterfalls near you after all that rain you got! We're supposed to get more thunderstorms tomorrow, but I don't think they're expecting tornadoes this time. Blessings!:)
