Work in Progress

A few weeks back I showed some photos of a blanket I was crocheting and one I was quilting. I have started putting some squares together for the crocheted blanket and thought I would share it with everyone. I decided to connect the squares with a whipstitch. Still have a long way to go, but I think it is turning out pretty well. Should I put an edge around the blanket once it is finished? A single or double crochet all the way around?

Very pretty. I would put an edging around it if it was mine. I think it will tie it all together that way. I would probably use single crochet, but maybe two rounds instead of just one?

I am working on a blanket now that has lots of multicolor medallions with lots of yarn changes. I decided in the beginning that I'd weave in all the ends once I was done with the whole thing. Now I wish I'd weaved them in as I was making them. I'll be ready for that part before long and it's going to be a daunting task. :(

Thank you for sharing your pallet floor story, loved it and sure would love to see a photo? That is great! Thanks for stopping by!

Love it. I think I will stitch my squares also. I agree with Annie, a border "finishes" it. I would go around a couple of times too.
