Our next step in healthy eating started last night. Scott started juicing last year when we have an overabundance of carrots. Grace and myself decided to start this year, so we are doing this as a family. Last night was juice with carrots, apples, pineapple, and parsley. It actually tasted great. We added a little water to it to start things off and make sure it didn't upset our tummy. Grace didn't love it but drank her portion. We will hopefully drink one glass a day of different concoctions.
