My Gluten Free Lunch

After jazzercise I was starving. Wanted something filling and nutritious. Chicken salad with organice mayo and rice crackers. Salad with mixed greens, carrots, green peppers, mushrooms, almonds and a little cheese. It was fab!

  1. Oh I love this lunch. I'm so awful about preparing salads. My guys are meat and potato fellas so I often forget a simple salad.

    I think I'll try this out over the wknd. Great idea!

    Are you feeling a difference since going gluten free. I know most people who can't tolerate gluten see almost immediate results.
